At Divaami, each chocolate and gift box is crafted with love and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we strive to deliver perfection, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Custom & Personalized Orders

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been dispatched or processed for customization.
